A requirements-led approach
everyimpact.ai does not impose one fixed deployment model or make blanket security promises before understanding the work. ImpactAI Technologies Private Limited starts by discussing your workflows, information types, existing technology environment, access model, procurement requirements and risk constraints.
We are open to designing and implementing the safeguards your organisation needs, subject to technical feasibility, the selected technology providers, agreed scope, applicable law and the responsibilities documented between both parties.
What we can evaluate with you
Deployment choices follow the environment
We are technology-agnostic and can design around Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Claude, OpenAI, existing databases, approved cloud infrastructure and custom applications. Where appropriate, solutions can be designed to operate within a client's existing tenant or security boundary rather than creating an unnecessary parallel system.
The final architecture depends on your licences, provider capabilities, data classification, integration needs, budget, geography and internal policies. Any claims about data location, model training, retention, encryption, uptime or recovery apply only when they are supported by the selected architecture and included in the written agreement.
Data governance is part of the build
Governance decisions should be practical and visible to the people operating the system. Depending on the engagement, we can help define source ownership, approved uses, permissions, review steps, retention rules, audit requirements and human approval points for AI-assisted actions.
We will discuss how information enters the system, where it is processed, which tools can access it, who can approve actions and how it should be removed or handed over at the end of an engagement.
What is confirmed before implementation
Before work involving client systems or data begins, the relevant architecture, responsibilities, access arrangements, data handling, providers, security controls and commercial terms should be documented in the project scope or related agreement. Requirements that emerge later can be assessed and added through an agreed change process.
Current claims and limitations
This page describes our approach and implementation capability. It is not a certification, audit report, guarantee, service-level agreement or statement that every listed control is active for every project. We will be direct about what is available, what depends on a third party and what must be built or configured for your organisation.
Discuss your requirements
Send your security, procurement or data-governance questions to hello@everyimpact.ai, or use the project enquiry form. Please do not send confidential records, credentials or beneficiary data through the general website form.
